Testimonials

Testimonials

Without Tamsin’s physio skills I would never have been able to run the London marathon, and six months of training would all have been for nothing.
— Miles G, Wheathampstead
I had never been to a physio and believed mother nature was the best cure. Tamsin changed my view completely. She focuses on prevention through a deep understanding of the subject and years of experience
— Graham B, Harpenden
I have known Tamsin professionally for 10 years. During this time, I have seen her periodically, mainly for sports injuries, particularly tennis elbow, knee, back and wrist strains. Her assessments are very thorough so that I have turned up with what has felt like a problem with my arm only to find her locating something in the upper discs of my back as the cause of my problem. Invariably her treatments have bettered my situation and I regard her as a dependable source of help. This is not someone to go to if you just want a nice little massage. She will be thoughtful in her assessment, and while massage does play a helpful and easing part of the treatment, she will also give you exercises so that you can continue treating yourself at home. Tamsin advocates independence as far as possible so she will not keep you longer than is necessary to give you treatment you need. I wholeheartedly recommend her and am glad that I know I can turn to her when the need arises.
— Joanne
I am a cellist, and came to Tamsin with two entirely different cello related problems. The first was rehabilitation after calcific tendonitis, and the second helping with a back problem issuing from worn discs in my neck. She was brilliant, intelligent, personal, and with a gift for explaining what was wrong, and how she can help put it right. I could not recommend her more highly. I had stopped playing the cello for a year, and thought I might never play again until she sorted me out
— Kate D.
